This latest LineageOS 15.1 build is available for both device, and the link for each is given below, the only thing you have to make sure is that it is only ed on the Exynos variant of the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9 Plus. All you have to do is make sure you have a rooted device and an unlocked bootloader, and also a custom recovery such as TWRP recovery installed. After that, the right firmware file, place it on your internal storage and flash it using TWRP recovery.
